Our faculty, which began its educational activities in 1992 under the name Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Faculty of Arts and Sciences, continued its educational and scientific research activities under the name Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences following Presidential Decree No. 5868, published in the Official Gazette dated July 26, 2022.

With Presidential Decree No. 9724, published in the Official Gazette dated April 17, 2025, the name of our faculty was changed, and it now continues its educational and scientific research activities under the name Teoman Duralı Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
