Announcement Regarding Horizontal Transfer Results and Registration Procedures
Announcement of Results
1- In the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, candidates who applied for Internal Horizontal Transfer to programs at our university will be able to view their placement results starting from Friday, February 9, 2024, at 17:30 (https://obs.beun.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app/login.aspx) using the username and password they used during the application.
Registration Procedures for Internal and Inter-Institutional Horizontal Transfers
The registration process for candidates placed through Internal Horizontal Transfer for the Spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year will be conducted online through the system they applied to (https://obs.beun.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app/login.aspx).
Registrations will be conducted between February 12th and February 14th, 2024.

Addresses Where Student Numbers Can Be Obtained
Addresses where the student number can be obtained after in-person registration procedures:
- You can find out your student number by logging in with your e-Government password at https://obs.beun.edu.tr/oibs/ogrenci/login.aspx using the 'Login with e-Devlet' option.
The necessary documents for registration
1- Certified Transcript: An official document showing all the courses taken by the applying student, the grades obtained in these courses, and the cumulative grade point average obtained from the current institution (copies are not accepted)
2- Certified Course Contents: Documents obtained from the official websites of universities (such as student information packages, course information packages, education information systems, etc.) are valid. (Those transferring from preparatory classes do not need to provide these documents.)
3-Student Certificate (issued within the last month), (e-Devlet certificate is valid).
4- Course Exemption Application Form (Please click here.)
Documents must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office in person.
